1. Ópera do Castelo hereby declares that all informative content, links and scores available on this portal were duly negotiated, with respective authorizations or transfers obtained from the aforementioned authors, heirs, publishers and other legal representatives of the authors in question.
2. The content referring to contemporary composers was provided by them, with the exceptions of António Vitorino d’Almeida and António Chagas Rosa.
3. The criteria for inclusion in the launch of the portal was the relevance of the composer in terms of operatic production and respective operas, as well as in companies, those that exclusively produce opera. But this is an open-ended work that will undergo adjustments and improvements, as well as include a growing range of creators, interlocutors and features.
4. This Portal aims to enhance the dissemination of Portuguese composers and their operas, always in the light of copyright protection, in a logic of boosting their work among the interested public, however, holding the public responsible for using it and safeguarding that with regard to works by contemporary composers, any and all public presentations of the same, require authorization and payment of the respective copyright and related rights, to their legal representatives, via Sociedades Portuguesa de Authorias, respective publishers and others.
